From the educational aspect, a child can learn to interface with a computer as early as three years old. They can begin working on the basics, colors, alphabet letters, and shapes. As the child grows up, the software programs will be rated for that particular age. They will start formulating sentences; learn history, science, and reading and many other areas. The computer will entertain and educate the child. Once they begin school, the school curriculum will broaden what the child has already learned.
INTRODUCTION:
I will start with a introductions about the importance and the difference having a computer interaction will aid a child in learning.
Computer interaction at three years old
Choose a good software to start the process
Explaining the Basic operation
Demonstration how to use the computer
Interaction at the age of eight
Playing games,
Some homework
Surf the internet
Interaction at the age of thirteen
Use it for doing homework
Playing games
Communicating with friends
Interaction at the age of eighteen years old
Uses the computer in college: homework, research,
Communicate with friends: facebook, instance message, skype
Conclusion
Each of the theorist have great ideals and examples of how learning takes place and how the process overlaps one another. The idea behind curators and content curation is that there is such a flood of new content pouring through the Internet pipes these days that being aware of all of it and sorting it out in meaningful ways is simply not possible. Curators are people or organizations that do the hard work of sifting through the content within a particular topic area or “meme” and pulling out the things that seem to make most sense. This effort involves significantly more than finding and regurgitating links, though (Cobb 2009).
The Conceptualization entails identifying feedback loops that are hypothesized to underlie observed patterns of system behavior. Model formulation is the process of moving from a theory of underlying structure to a fully specified learning model so that the theory can be tested ( Sterman & Morrison 2003) .
The Implementation is where the ideal can be implemented and validated. If necessary the situation can be readdressed and tried again. In this portion all the ideal, data and test are proven. Implantation is the most frightening section because no one wants to fail. The Experimentation phase is the trial and error portion. Here each student is allowed to try their ideal, talk amongst peers and weigh the results. And if it fail, then they have to reassess and try again until they achieve the expected results.
I like Siemens model because it has taken the basic learning behaviors and divided them into sub section. For example the Conceptualization portion. In this section the students is allowed to express their ideal, interact with other students, and draw from their own knowledge which can add to the learning experience. Out of all the models, the Siemens to me seem to be the best fit for online learning, creative thinking and student interaction. The purpose of education is to broaden ones academic base, broaden their horizon, and cultivate relationships among students.

Online learning is a unique chance to continue your education with classroom flexibility. Once a individual enrolls in a program, they are willing and have accepted the requirements for the program. If a program requires the student to participate in a learning community. It is the students responsibility to join in because it does affect the grade.
The university has established several assessment tools for their program. One way a students. The university and the instructor review each students profile, discussions, project evaluations and end of course survey responses. These areas were and are analyzed for evidence of the formation of learning communities, particularly for evidence of three markers: participation, shared identity and the establishment of a social network. This action research also generates pedagogical implications for promoting adult learners' active participation in online learning and instructional strategies to facilitate the community-building process. Collaborative learning activities put more emphasis on experiential learning theory, systemic improvement, and constructive discourse than do typical public participation programs.
When ever you have a group of students in one setting, there will always be several that do not want to participate. For those students, the instructors has a few choices to promote involvement. One, email and inform the student about the university rules. Two, a persons to persons phone call, three, getting the university academic advisor involved. If condition reach option three, the student will be dropped from the program. For students who do not participate and follow the rules established by the university and follow the syllabus implemented by the instructor. The student will have no choice but to drop out of the program. This will hurt their assessment, standing in the university, and their educational goal.

First let me say I do agree with G. Siemens about the growing acceptance of distance education in today’s society. I believe that the events of September 11th change everyone’s view on
Schools and universities want to limit the amount of students on the campus but want to keep the enrollment high. Online education was the answer. Thur online learning, more people could be enrolled from the safety of their home instead of travelling to the campus everyday. Most courses are designed for people who want to combine the convenience of online delivery with hand-marked assignments, personal support and feedback from expert instructors. These university-accredited courses provide you with the skills to write and design technical documents, business letters, reports, proposals, web pages, help systems and online courses. E-learning has become an attractive training option for many companies.
The classes that are offered online combines a self-paced lesson designed for the working adult. A adult that normally has a family, full time job and the desire to improve themselves. At the beginning of each course, the instructor provides students with a schedule for group chat session and assignments. This provides each student the chance to work through the reading and interactive requirements. If students develop any questions, they have the opportunity to access to their instructor via email, live chats, and the discussion board. The work assignments provides the students the chance to practice the new things they have learned.
Online learning has become a favrable ave and alternit method of learning. To stay more competative, more and more universitys are offering online classes because they see a new market they can tap into. The results of a degree from an online instution is becomming more common, and understood that they are as difficult if not more difficult then traditional classroom learning.

This is a very interesting topic and in some instances very arguemental, some people believe that online education is easy, and less demanding than traditional classroom arrangements. When I first heard about online learning, I was one of those people who felt that education degree can’t be that easy. Boy, was I wrong, I think online learning is more difficult, it take a higher level of disciple. And an individual will to spend limited time alone in front of a computer. Online isn’t for everyone, but if you don’t mind a real challenge, more hard work, limited interaction, then you are ready for an online program.
I had a difficult time following
After reading the assigned reading, I think that Moller, L., Foshay, W., & Huett, J I believe that they have a realistic view on online learning. They covered every aspect of the e-learning. I particular like the section about the Implication for Instructional Design. In this section the authors cover the student population, instructor with lack of training, and how the organization has to change the infrastructure. I have taken some classes and the instructors were great in the classroom, but when it came to the online class, they had a hard time transiting. So I can understand when the author spoke about the lack of training. So the universities should provide some form of training for their instructors. And the students should take a orientation course to ensure they are prepared for school, Some people like the idea of getting a degree, but when it comes down to it, they can’t put the time in because they lack the discipline to follow thru In order for online learning to be successful.
Online learning has been proven to present unique circumstances that have to be resolved before the university can have a successful program. Both authors stated the same things just in a different manner. For the university to have a successful program, they have to consider the student’s academic goals and the results of the university.
